Description
NEBIANAX 3% vials are a hypertonic saline solution at 3%, with the addition of hyaluronic acid.
NEBIANAX 3% has a decongestant action on the nasal mucosa in addition to a fluidising effect on the mucus.
It helps the drainage of secretions and is therefore useful for keeping the nasal passages clean, especially in the case of colds, allergic rhinitis, rhinosinusitis and sinusitis. Generally unblocks noses, improving breathing.
The solution contained in the single-dose vials may also be used for aerosol therapy.
Ingredients
NEBIANAX 3% is a 3% hypertonic saline solution containing: Sodium chloride, Sodium hyaluronate.
NEBIANAX 3% contains no preservatives and reaction possibilities are therefore reduced.
To use Nebianax 3% correctly
• Detach a single-dose vial and open it by turning the cap;
• Keep your head tilted to one side (never backward), insert the tip of the tube gently into the upper nostril and press lightly;
• Repeat the procedure in the other nostril after turning the head to the other side.
When using the solution for aerosol therapy, it is recommended that you follow the directions for the device.
The substances contained in NEBIANAX 3% also allow for repeated use. It may be used on children under one year of age if the doctor has advised it.

Description
NEBIANAX 3% KIT is recommended for the everyday cleaning of the nasal cavities, particularly in cases of common cold, rhinitis and sinusitis and in all instances of congestion of the nasal mucous membranes.
NEBIANAX 3% KIT allows the nebulisation of NEBIANAX 3% (a ready-to-use 3% hypertonic saline solution at physiological pH with added hyaluronic acid) using the Spray-sol® nasal nebuliser device.
Spray-sol® nasal nebuliser is a medical device specifically designed for treatment of the nasal and sinus cavities, which allows the rapid delivery of the solution by nebulisation in particles of between 10 and 20 microns, ideal for the upper respiratory passages. The specially-designed shape and soft material used for the nozzle make the device particularly suitable for children’s nostrils, but it can also be used by adults.
The 3% saline solution contained in the vials in the NEBIANAX 3% KIT acts as a decongestant for the nasal mucous membranes as well as making the mucus more fluid. It contributes to the drainage of secretions and is therefore useful for keeping the nasal cavities clean, especially in cases of common cold, rhinitis and sinusitis; in general, it helps to free the blocked nose and improve respiration. The presence of hyaluronic acid makes NEBIANAX 3% particularly suitable for application in children. Hyaluronic acid is a substance produced by our organism, whose function is to keep the tissues hydrated. It adheres to the surface of the mucous membranes and, by physiologically retaining moisture, forms a protective film which gives relief to the irritated mucous membrane. This facilitates moistness in the nasal cavities and improves the experience of the hypertonic solution.
The solution contained in the single-dose vials can be used for aerosol therapy.

To use Nebianax 3% correctly
1.Detach a single-dose vial, heat it in your hands before administering the solution and open it by rotating the cap.
2.Draw up the solution to be sprayed with the Luer Lock syringe:
If you use NEBIANAX 3% and NEBIANAX ISO is not necessary to use the cannula because the opening of the bottle perfectly fits into the Luer Lock syringe
If you use other types of bottles or containers: attach the cannula to the syringe, aspirate the solution to be nebulized and then detach the cannula from the syringe
3. Attach the elephant cover to the Spray-sol® nebulizer, make sure that the face of the elephant cover is facing the nebulizer as shown in the picture, and screw the solution-filled syringe into the special nozzle. Spray-sol® nebulizer inlet.
4. In infants and young children (under 3 yearsof age and in any case depending on the level of cooperation), it is necessary
to wash in a lying position on one side, keeping the head reclined on one side and gently inserting the Spray-sol®
nebulizer into the upper nostril. Push on the syringe piston to spray the solution.
In older children and adults, keep the torso forward with the head slightly inclined on one side and insert the spray-sol®
nebulizer into the upper nostril.
Push on the syringe piston to spray the solution.
5. Repeat the operations of step 4 for the other nostril as well, trying to divide the solution contained in the syringe equally
between the two nostrils. During the treatment, the nebulized solution may drip from the nose.
6. Before storing the components in the special case, follow the instructions in the “CLEANING” section.
Cleaning
Buona Spray-Sol is indicated for use by only one patient, but can be used several times. It is therefore very important to
clean thoroughly after each use to ensure its optimal functioning and ensure its durability.
At the end of each use, before storing the components in the appropriate case, wash them as follows:
1. Wash the Spray-sol® nebulizer under running water, with the possible addition of a drop of mild soap (non-abrasive).
Before storing, dry the Spray-sol® nebulizer with a soft cloth.
2. Rinse the syringe body and piston under running water and dry them thoroughly before reassembling the syringe;
3. Rinse the cannula needle both internally and externally with running water and let it air dry;.
4. Wash with running water and dry with a soft cloth the elephant syringe cover and the container customizable.
Make sure all components are completely dry before storing them inside the customizable container.
The daily cleaning of the nose
With Spray-sol®, cleaning the nose becomes a daily habit that is not scary! Daily cleaning of the nose is very important to prevent inflammatory diseases of the airways and otitis media.
Spray-sol® is useful for cleaning the nose, even daily:
• suitable for daily use
• for a single patient
• can be washed and disinfected
• periodic replacement
The solution reaches all parts of the nasal cavities
Spray-sol® allows distribution to the back and top of the nasal cavities. High concentration of mucus in these areas and can cause inflammation.

NEBIANAX ISO KIT is useful for daily cleansing of the nasal cavities, as it softens mucus, facilitating its elimination and improving breathing.
The isotonic solution also performs a function of cleansing the nasal mucosa as it serves to eliminate allergens, pollutants and bacteria, helping to maintain the health of the respiratory tract. The solution contained in the single-dose vials can be administered through the Spray-sol® nebulizer or even through aerosol therapy.

Description
Buona Respiro is a pleasant-tasting cough syrup for the treatment of respiratory ailments in children as young as 1 year of age
Thanks to its formula, which is based on plant extracts (Ivy, Grindelia, and Blackcurrant) and Honey, the syrup is ideal for treating both dry and chesty coughs caused by colds, influenza and pharyngitis
The protective action of honey on the oropharyngeal mucosa, and the presence of resins, polysaccharides, mucilage and flavonoids contained in the vegetable extracts, mean that Buona Respiro Syrup is effective against:
• DRY COUGHS, because it promotes the formation of a film on the mucosa oropharyngeal, increasing hydration, lubrication and protection from external irritants, and reducing the friction in the pharynx caused by coughing;
• CHECTY COUGHS, since it creates an emollient and fluidifying effect that helps to eliminate mucus.
Buona Respiro Syrup supports the restoration of the upper respiratory tract function.
Its formula has been enriched with honey and apple juice in order to render it more palatable for children.
Ingredients
Buona Respiro Syrup is a preparation based on plant extracts:
• dried extract of Blackberry leaves (Ribes Nigrum L.) titrated at 1% in Rutin;
• dried extract of flowering Grindelia tops (Grindelia robusta Nuttall) titrated at 0.25% in peroxide;
• dried extract aerial parts of Ivy (Hedera helix L.) titrated at 10% in hederacoside C.
Buona Respiro also contains concentrated Apple juice and Honey.
Buona Respiro does not contain gluten or lactose
How to use Buona respiro
Always use the dosages recommended below, unless otherwise advised by your doctor:
• 1 to 3 years: 5 ml up to 2 times a day
• over 3 years: 5 ml up to 4 times a day
• It may be useful to administer the last dose just before going to bed.
• The syrup may be taken as is, or diluted to taste in a small quantity of cool or luke-warm liquid (milk, tea, water).
• Wash the measuring cap after each use and make sure you have properly closed the bottle.
• Once opened, use the product within three months.
• Shake the bottle before use.
Warning
• Do not use the product in the event of known or presumed allergy to any of its ingredients;
• Do not use the product if the package is damaged or not perfectly intact when it is opened for the first time.
Why use a hypertonic solution?
When creating the formulation for Buona Respiro Syrup, we selected dried, titrated and standardized extracts of plants known for their calming effects on both dry and chesty coughs, and their capacity to protect the oropharyngeal mucosa.
Grindelia, a plant belonging to the Asteraceae family that grow predominantly in the Americas, contains a resin with mucoadhesive and protective properties that favour the formation of a protective film, this produces a barrier effect that can soothe coughs. This protects the upper respiratory tracts against contact with external irritants.
Ivy, a plant belonging to the Araliaceae family, contains a high concentration of flavonids, which contribute to the elimination of mucus by exerting and fluidifying effect on bronchial secretions.
Blackcurrant, a woody shrub of the Gossulariaceae family, is native to temperate, hilly areas in central and northern Europe that enjoy a relatively damp climate. It contains tannins, flavonoids and procyanidins that have antioxidant effects (anti free radicals)
Thanks to its high sugar content, Honey produces mucoadhesive, protective and soothing effects on the oropharyngeal mucosa. Honey is by far the most well-known product of commercial bee farming. It comes from the nectar collected by worker bees foraging in the flowers of many plant species. The worker bees begin transforming nectar into honey immediately after the harvest it from the flower; the process takes place inside the honey sac, where enzymes are added to the sugar solution contained in the nectar. Then continues inside the hive, where the “house bees” (young workers who have only emerged during the preceding 21 days) continuously ingest and regurgitate the honey, with frequent exchanges between different workers, resulting in a gradual maturing and enrichment process of enzymes derived from glandular secretions of the bees themselves and a progressive reduction of excess water contained in the nectar, so as to avoid the risk of the honey fermenting. When ripe, honey is mainly composed of:
• Carbohydrates 80-82%

• Enzymes, polyphenols, vitamins, minerals, trace elements (1-3%).
The composition of honey varies depending on the characteristics of the nectar used to produce it, and it is possible to distinguish between each single-flower honeys, produced using nectar from a single plant species, and so-called thousand-flower honey, produced from nectar harvested from many different species of plants.
Regardless of the specific differences associated with the origin of the nectar, honey is a highly nutritional food source that is easily assimilated, and provides multiple benefits.
