From Crying to the First Step

From the 3rd to the 12th month, the baby transforms from an infant into a little explorer! During this period, there is remarkable progress in both motor and communication skills.

Physical Development
The baby starts supporting itself on its hands, sitting without help, crawling, and toward the end of the year taking its first steps. Development is continuous and impressive.

Language Development
From the first syllables like “ma-ma” and “da-dy,” the child moves to meaningful words. It begins to understand commands and respond to its name.

Nutrition and Weaning
From the 6th month, weaning begins. The baby discovers new foods and textures while still receiving milk. Diet becomes more varied but must remain age-appropriate.

Socio-emotional Development
The child begins to show attachment to parents, fear of strangers, and strong curiosity about the environment. Play is a fundamental learning mechanism.

Encourage your baby to explore safely. “No” becomes a key word but should always be accompanied by guidance and love.
