It is recommended to take 4 drops once daily, corresponding to 10 mcg (400 IU) of Vitamin D3, unless otherwise directed by your doctor.

- For the prevention of rickets and vitamin D deficiency in infants, children, and adolescents, a daily intake of 400 IU of Vitamin D is recommended from the first months of life.
