Circadiem is a dietary supplement with melatonin in liquid form, with a purity of at least 99%, offering easy dosing thanks to the dropper.
Melatonin, which occurs naturally in the body, helps regulate the normal rhythms of the sleep–wake cycle. Supplementation with melatonin (1 mg) can contribute to a quicker onset of sleep.
Suitable for use from 3 years of age and above.
Buona Circadiem contains: Melatonin (certified purity of at least 99%), potassium sorbate, citric acid.
- It is recommended to take 1 mg of melatonin, corresponding to 4 drops of Circadiem, in the evening before bedtime, either directly or diluted in a little water.
- Buona Circadiem is usually recommended for use in one-month cycles.
